All items from Fancy Nancy are preloved or upcycled. This particular hat was a black felt hat I found in an Emmaus charity shop and revamped with Marabou Feathers to live a colourful new life.
Delicate item, please handle with care. Do not wear when weather conditions are severe. Keep in cool and dry storage.
